I got nothing this week

Like, really, nothing. Here’s a video from Thursday, the view from my work-from-home office:

It’s a metaphor for the week that was. #thatsalligot

Oh, my lack of words isn’t due to lack of interesting things. Sort of the opposite. Overflow, as it were. Sometimes best to just let things wash away, you know?

The video would only play until the six second mark and then kept buffering. I hope it didn’t get more exciting after that. I hate missing out on the end of a movie. At least you’re getting rain? I got nothing either. Sending you a big hug. I have a fun post planned for tomorrow. Better than those damn hormone posts as of late. 🙂

Sending you a virtual love fest.

Damn hormones are a fine topic for blog posts 🙂 And, you didn’t miss much. Probably the part where I pan to a close up of the water overflowing the gutter. Riveting stuff. Looking forward to your post. Best part of my Monday mornings.

The rain was really pretty wonderful. And now the sun is back, which is its own kind of wonderful. It’s my favorite kind of weather (or one of them): You can feel the fall crispness, but it’s still warm and not too hot. I’m ready for the change. I know you understand, and I’m grateful to have some company. Hug back at ya.

That day I actually had to go out to some schools, so…still need my rain coat! But it is nice not to have to do that usually. I’m also really appreciating my office space. It’s so much nice than any office I’ve had for years and years. I am missing seeing folks in person, though. I realized that on Thursday when I got to talk with a few of them face-to-face (through masks and at a distance, of course).
